OnePlus 2 to launch during Q3 2015
We have previously heard rumors that the OnePlus 2 would launch some time between Q2 and Q3 of 2015. This seems like a reasonable time window, but the latest rumors say the phone’s launch has been pushed back to Q3, leaving the possibility of a Q2 release out of the window.
This slight delay is said to be due to some manufacturing challenges with the SoC, which is rumored to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810. We are not sure about the details, but we have also heard rumors about over-heating issues with said processor (even if LG says it’s all crazy talk).
Opinion: Other specs are looking to be stunning, including 4 GB of RAM and a 3300 mAh battery. OnePlus blew up the industry with the OnePlus One, so we really can’t wait to see what else they have to offer.
